Branding Terms and Conditions
Acceptable Artwork/Logo File Formats:
- Vector formats are preferred: CDR (Corel Draw), AI (Adobe Illustrator), and vector PDF.
- Artwork/ logo formats must be PC compatible.
- All fonts need to be converted to curves to avoid font substitution, or supply the font required.
- Include font and font sizes if typesetting is required.
- Pantones need to be supplied or we will match the colour as close as possible, in this case ST Umbrellas CANNOT be held responsible for colour variations.
- Word Docs, GIF’s, Bitmaps, JPEG’s and PowerPoint formats will NOT be accepted.
- If artwork is not received in the correct format, layout may take up to 48 hours to redraw.
Artwork Fees:
- Artwork given in the preffered format will not be charged for.
- If artwork is not received in the correct format, a design and redrawing fee of R200.00 ex Vat WILL be charged.
- Branding cancelled after layouts have been generated will be charged for at R100.00 ex vat/ Layout.
- This fee will accommodate 1 further change to do the layouts, thereafter, any changes will be charged for at R150.00 ex Vat per change.
General Branding Terms And Conditions:
- Branding will only commence once a 50% deposit is paid for the order and artwork layouts has been approved in writing. NO verbal approvals will be accepted.
- NO branded stock will be allowed to leave the premises until balance of payment reflects.
- Amendments made after approval will result in delay to the delivery date, layout changes and charges will be generated within 24 hours.
- A surcharge of 30% on the standard branding price will apply to all rush jobs.
- All branding prices are excluding Vat.
- Delivery dates are quoted from day after artwork approval and receipt of payment – whichever is later.
- DEADLINES need to be specified with your sales consultants or we will supply a date for branding completion.
- ST Umbrellas reserves the right to change prices with reasonable notifications to clients.
- ST Umbrellas reserves the right to change prices, or not sell an item due to an error in pricing.
